The electrolyte [Sulphuric acid] or the gas [Hydrogen] that forms when charging is contained inside the battery enclosure with proper valves. However, if proper care is not given and overcharged, an explosion risk may be involved.
We ensure that the battery goes through a rigorous testing process, like the 6-hour load test before our quality check team confirms whether the battery can perform under the prescribed requirements without any damage.
The electrolyte [Liquid] in the battery module has the capacity to become crystals [Solid] and covers the electrode plates decreasing the performance of the battery. However, there are procedures involved in reversing the process using micro pulse electronic waves, increasing the life of the battery.
Batteries are fully sealed, charged and ready to install when they are delivered, however if there is a large quantity of acid stain surrounding the nodes then it is not normal and should be reported immediately to your vendor.
There are no hidden charges involved with any of the battery pricing.
Our support team works round the clock to attend to your doubts and emergencies with a happy to help attitude.
Generally, operating temperatures are mentioned over the battery and maintaining the extremities may help in avoiding unwanted leakages or bursts. But occasional peaks in temperature are generally subdued without any issues if it does not prolong.
Due to overcharging, there can be gas discharge that will come out of the vents, and hence proper ventilation is recommended for sealed batteries to expel the gas.
As per IEC 61429 international standard, it is mandatory to recycle a battery and we are more than happy to assist you in doing so. There are also recycling services on a chargeable basis.
